360 FIT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
360 FIT is our structured strength and conditioning program designed to build strength, improve fitness, and track real progress over time.
We run our training in a 14-week strength cycle, with baseline testing at the start and strength and conditioning tests at the end, so you can clearly see how far you’ve come.
360 FIT classes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with sessions split into two parts — the first half focused on two key lifts, and the second half dedicated to conditioning to develop cardio fitness and strength endurance. Wednesdays are BIG WOD Wednesday — a mid-week burner built to make you sweat and push your engine, helping you build endurance and resilience.

Never done this before? No worries. Everything in 360 FIT is fully scalable, meaning we adjust movements, loads, and intensity to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, we’ll help you progress safely and confidently — because everyone starts somewhere.
HYROX
Our HYROX classes and Run Club are designed to build engine, endurance, and race-specific fitness in a supportive, coached environment. HYROX sessions focus on running, conditioning, and functional movements to prepare you for the demands of HYROX-style racing, while remaining fully scalable for all experience levels.
Run Club is dedicated time to improve your running capacity through structured intervals, tempo work, and longer efforts that support both general fitness and HYROX performance. Together, these sessions complement our strength and conditioning training and allow members to build well-rounded fitness.
Collectively, in 2025, our community raced in over 100 events — a huge effort that reflects the consistency, commitment, and support within the gym.
